I provide evidence-based therapy using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, borderline personality disorder, life transitions, behavioral challenges, and related concerns. I work with both neurotypical and neurodivergent clients, as well as individuals with mild intellectual disabilities.

My practice focuses on children, adolescents, and young adults. I also work with parents and caregivers, offering clinical guidance and structured support through tailored sessions.

For families supporting children with anxiety, I provide SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions). I also offer Solution-Focused Brief Therapy for individuals who want short-term support to work through a specific challenge, transition, or setback.

I also incorporate animal-assisted therapy with my dog, Kaia, when appropriate.
